Head Chef (m/f/d)
For our restaurant in the heart of St. Moritz, we are looking for a passionate Head Chef to join our team immediately or upon agreement. The ideal candidate will further develop our philosophy of local, seasonal, and high-quality cuisine with creativity and culinary craftsmanship.
About Us
Our restaurant represents authentic Alpine culinary culture with modern influences. We place great importance on fresh regional products, short supply chains, and a cuisine that respects the seasons while highlighting the flavors of the Alps.
Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the entire organization and management of the kitchen
- Development and implementation of seasonal menus using regional products
- Leadership, motivation, and training of the kitchen team
- Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards
- Close collaboration with the restaurant management and suppliers
- Purchasing, cost calculation, and inventory management
Your Profile
- Certified training as a chef with experience in a leadership position
- Passion for regional and seasonal cuisine
- Creativity, strong organizational skills, and a high sense of quality
- Leadership ability and strong team spirit
- Resilience and enjoyment of a lively restaurant environment
- German language skills
